Founder Director – Dr. Geetanjali Bhide’s Nutrition & Research LLP

Dr. Geetanjali Bhide is a pioneer in the field of Sports Nutrition in India. She is recognized for her contribution as a founding nutritionist of Army Sports Institute and Army Rowing Node- premier Institutes of Indian Army dedicated to identify, train and nurture sports talent.

She has worked with over 3000+ athletes and coaches at grassroots, Asian games medalists, Common wealth medalist, Chess Grandmasters, World championship, Olympic and Para-Olympic contenders helping them to optimize performance with the power of nutrition.

Dr Bhide was the expert committee member of the FSSAI working group on health supplements for sportspersons and has contributed to the FSDU (Foods for Special Dietary Use) guidance document.

An academician at heart she mentors the next generation of Sports Nutritionists in India. Her textbook, “Nutritional guidelines for Sportspersons” is widely used by aspiring nutritionists and faculty.

As Founder Director of Dr. Geetanjali Bhide’s Nutrition and Research LLP she collaborates with sports federations, academies, industry to bridge the gap between scientific research and sports performance. She is on a mission to empower, athletes, coaches, teams with the evidence-based knowledge and resources to achieve athletic excellence.
