Building your data profile for meal planning
- Classification analysis- recognizing the impairment and sports class
- Assessment of nutritional status- body weight, composition, blood work
- Clinical check- medications, digestive health (neurogenic bowel/bladder considerations), and feeding mechanics
- Training program-duration and intensity, competition details
02. Team Approach
Meeting with team to sustainable plans
- Interaction with the coach, physios, strength and conditioning coach, and care-givers to understand training, commute, access to kitchen/mess and food budget.
03. The Action Plan
Individualized nutrient calculations: Based on energy expenditure and metabolic health
- Adaptive hydration strategies: Based on sweat rate, access to fluid, bladder control and access to toilet on/off field or training arenas
